- On July 22, 2026, China Changan Automobile Group and China Telecom signed a strategic partnership agreement in Beijing, with Changan Chairman Zhu Huarong and China Telecom Chairman Ke Ruiwen framing it as opening a new chapter of cooperation across intelligent vehicles, digital infrastructure and industrial applications.
