LG Energy Solution reported Q2 2026 consolidated revenue of KRW 7.6 trillion (up 15.3% quarter-on-quarter) and operating profit of KRW 113.3 billion, with revenue including a KRW 241 billion North America production incentive.
First-half 2026 revenue rose 10% year-on-year, driven by ESS (energy storage system) revenue that surged 4.6 times and now accounts for a high-20% share of total revenue.
The company said it will leverage its global manufacturing footprint and diverse product lineup to capture opportunities in the ESS and 46-series EV battery markets, underscoring the battery supply chain's role in the broader EV industry.
