- MAN Truck & Bus has produced the first series-production electric truck equipped with the Megawatt Charging System (MCS) at its Munich plant, becoming the first manufacturer in Europe to regularly mass-produce MCS-capable electric trucks.
- The eTGX and eTGS models can now charge at up to 750 kW via MCS, roughly double the 375 kW maximum previously available through the Combined Charging System (CCS), which MCS — purpose-built for heavy commercial vehicles — was designed to exceed.
- The first vehicles are now being delivered to customers in nine European countries, marking the start of MAN's commercial rollout of MCS-equipped heavy trucks.
