Rivian reported Q2 2026 revenue of $1.658 billion, up 27% year-over-year, with automotive revenue growing 23% to $1.143 billion and Software & Services revenue up 37% to $515 million.
Volkswagen's joint venture with Rivian on software and a zonal E/E architecture contributed $308 million, or 60%, of Software & Services revenue; VW now holds a 15.9% stake and is Rivian's largest shareholder.
Net loss attributable to common stockholders was $837 million for the April-June period, down $278 million (about 25%) from the prior-year quarter.
