Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: RCK; OTCQX: RCKTF) signed a binding long-term spodumene offtake agreement dated July 24, 2026, with Geneva-based commodity trader Transamine SA, covering a seven-year initial term starting in 2028 with an option to extend up to five additional years.
The deal covers up to 100,000 dry metric tonnes per year from Rock Tech's Georgia Lake project in Ontario and includes a development prepayment facility of up to US$80 million to help fund the project.
The agreement preserves Rock Tech's ability to process the Ontario spodumene into battery-grade lithium chemicals at its planned Red Rock Lithium Converter, supporting a made-in-Ontario supply chain for EV batteries.
