Li Auto announced on July 24, 2026 that cumulative deliveries of its L9 flagship SUV surpassed 300,000 units, reaching the milestone in under four years since deliveries began in late August 2022 (the model debuted in June 2022 and its 10,000th unit rolled off the line at Li Auto's Changzhou base the following month).
Since deliveries began, the L9 fleet has logged 15.529 billion kilometers and its in-car voice assistant has handled 2.947 billion requests, while 55 OTA updates have added 1,003 new features and 825 user-experience improvements.
Li Auto launched the new-generation L9 in May 2026 in two trims — Ultra at 459,800 yuan and Livis at 509,800 yuan — powered by its in-house M100 chip (1,280 TOPS per processor on a 5nm automotive-grade process, 82% computing efficiency, 40% lower assisted-driving latency) that supports a VLA driving model with 10x the computational workload of the prior generation.
